DALLAS, TX — The Retail Coach, a premier retail consulting and recruitment firm, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a significant long-term retail development project with Downtown Dallas, Inc. This collaboration will bring new energy to Downtown Dallas, driving economic growth and enhancing the retail landscape in the heart of the city. "Downtown Dallas, Inc. is thrilled to kick off our retail recruitment effort alongside the experts at The Retail Coach. This initiative is a pivotal step in enhancing the Downtown Dallas experience, bringing vibrancy, variety, and vitality to our city center,” said DDI’s Chief Experience Officer, Shalissa Perry.

The Retail Coach brings decades of expertise in retail recruitment, market analysis, and strategic planning to this project. By leveraging their proprietary Retail:360® process, The Retail Coach will develop a uniquely-tailored strategy to attract a diverse mix of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment users to the District. This project marks a significant milestone for The Retail Coach and Downtown Dallas, focusing on several key initiatives including market analysis, retail economic development consulting and ongoing recruitment, and working closely alongside local stakeholders.

"Our work in Downtown Dallas will complement existing restaurants and retailers unique to the area, like Starship Bagels, which opened its downtown location last year with much local fanfare," says Caroline Harrelson, Director of Strategy at The Retail Coach. "The Retail Coach's retail recruitment and economic development strategies will bring additional foot traffic and consumers to the historic Dallas district, benefitting local merchants and elevating the quality of life for Downtown's residents, visitors, and office population. Our relationships with local, national, and regional retail, restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment users will be of significant value to recruiting the right retail mix to Downtown Dallas."

The Retail Coach's involvement in this project underscores their commitment to supporting local economies and driving nationwide retail success. This collaboration will bring significant economic benefits to Downtown Dallas, creating jobs, boosting tourism, and enhancing the retail landscape.
