We’re excited to be partnering with the City of Newark, New Jersey’s Invest Newark to develop a retail strategy focused on several submarkets within the community, including their historic downtown district!  Some of our points of focus for this multi-corridor activation include in-depth market analysis, stakeholder meetings, and a retail demand study.
